How can I track my order?

- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package. If you do not receive this email please give us a call at (207) 204-0499.

How long will it take my order to get here?

- Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.  In some cases, certain products may not currently be available in our store inventory. When possible, we are happy to special order these items directly from our brand partners. Please note that special orders may require additional processing time before shipment.

If I want to return my purchase, what should I do?

- Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you experience any discomfort or are unhappy with a product purchased through our online store, please contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date by emailing us at info@kennebunkoutfitters.com  Whether the item has been worn or unworn, with or without the original box, we want to hear from you and will do our best to make it right.

I recently placed an order online but haven’t received the tracking information.  What should I do?

- Once your order has been placed, you should receive two emails. First, you’ll receive an order confirmation email letting you know your order has been successfully processed. Second, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.  If you have not received tracking information within 5 days of placing your order, please give us a call at (207) 204-0499 and we’ll be happy to help.

I recently purchased an item in store and was told the item was being ordered, what does that mean?

- Sometimes certain products may not currently be available in our store inventory, but we are often able to special order these items directly from our brand partners. Similar to an online order, you will receive an email or text notification once your order has been processed and again when it has shipped.
